You bring a track record of consultative sales success and enjoy building trusted relationships while delivering tailored solutions. You are strategic, resourceful, and confident, with a proven ability to manage complex client engagements from initial consultation through execution.
You bring a positive, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You work in a way that reflects CTI’s culture of being inclusive, respectful, and cohesive. You ask questions, encourage others, and contribute to an environment where we share curiosity and learn together. You are motivated to mentor and collaborate with colleagues, eager to stretch beyond your comfort zone, and committed to consistently delivering measurable results and client satisfaction.
What’s in for you
Structured career progression. You will be supported by leadership dedicated to growing the company by growing the strengths of our people, providing access to mentorship, courses, and opportunities that accelerate your career trajectory. With ongoing training, mentorship, and exposure to multi-service client engagements, you will build the skills, knowledge, and credibility to expand your influence and grow into a senior client-facing leadership role.
A shared mission to do what matters most. We believe in real talk to get to resolutions. We own our work and encourage each other to accomplish great things. This is a place where curiosity and learning together are encouraged, reciprocation is key, and doing what matters most drives us.
Collaborative and knowledge-driven environment. You will work alongside talented teams across design, operations, and project management in both our Mississauga and Toronto showrooms. Our culture prioritizes knowledge sharing, transparent communication, and team collaboration. You will benefit from structured coaching, performance feedback, and access to learning resources to support your professional and personal development.
Meaningful impact. You will contribute directly to creating effective, innovative, and high-performing workplace environments for clients. Your expertise and guidance will shape the client experience from initial consultation through project completion, giving you the satisfaction of seeing tangible results from your work.
Rewards and recognition. Your contributions are directly tied to your success. You will benefit from a competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions that recognizes both individual and team performance.
What you will do

You will build trust-based, strategic relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and positioning CTI as a long-term partner. You will conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, address challenges, and support ongoing account development. You will advocate for clients internally, ensuring the highest standards of service and delivery are met at every stage.
- Optimize the consultative sales process. You will track key metrics related to sales performance, account growth, and operational efficiency. You will use data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements that drive results. You will participate in ongoing professional development, training, and dealership programs to continuously build expertise and strengthen your consultative effectiveness.
